This Silver Sunday, we are presenting you with some volunteering opportunities to help and connect with older people.

• Volunteer with AgeUK to shop for older people and help them out
• Become a chair based exercise / walking support volunteer with Age UK
• Volunteer as a creative befriender with Resonate Arts
• Volunteer with AgeUK to be a minibus driver for people with dementia / memory loss
