As preparations begin for this year’s Notting Hill Carnival, the council is inviting local residents and business owners to join a series of community drop-in sessions. These sessions are a chance to ask questions, hear what’s new for 2025, and share your views in a relaxed, open setting.
You’ll be able to speak directly with representatives from Notting Hill Carnival Limited, the Metropolitan Police, and both the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and Westminster City Council.
