Being active outdoors and making new friends is great for you and your baby! Join us for a weekly walk and connect with other parents like yourself!
We finish each walk at a local cafe with a hot cuppa (on us!) and a chat, sometimes joined by medical professionals and other experts, so you can speak with them in an informal and friendly environment.
If you are expecting a baby, you are also invited to join us for camaraderie on the journey of parenthood!
