Every Thursday, 1.30-2.30pm until 5th November

 

These session offer emotional support and information relating to mental health and physical wellbeing. Workshops will focus on coping strategies for managing anxiety, trauma, depression, volunteering and wellbeing, resilience and coping with stressful situations, sleeping better and how to access your GP.
