This course will provide you with the tools to become more confident and in control by learning how to set clear personal and work aims.

You will feel more motivated to carry out tasks and lead a positive social life whilst gaining further understanding of:

  1. What self-confidence is and how to build it
  2. Practical techniques to help you feel better about yourself  
  3. How your health and mood affects the way you think about yourself
  4. How to think positively
