Customer service skills are paramount for most jobs. All employers want to see their staff and volunteers being able to provide a high standard of care to their customers.

This course will provide you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours you need to deliver outstanding customer service.

Throughout the course you will learn:

  • Why excellent customer care puts any organisation above the rest
  • Customer care skills: active listening, clear communication, memory retention, negotiation, persuasion and efficiency
  • Confidence building
  • How to communicate customer care skills through an effective CV and cover letter
