Receptionist/ Administrator
1 Thorpe Close, Ladbroke Grove

The purpose of this role is to operate reception, provide administrative support to staff and other volunteers, and provide assisted information to clients.

Main duties and responsibilities include:
>Welcoming clients into the bureau and allocating appointments
>Answering the telephone, transferring calls and taking messages
>Keeping clients informed of waiting times
>Informing advisers that there are clients waiting
>Keeping reception orderly
>Keeping notice boards and leaflets up-to-date
>Managing incoming and outgoing post
>Creating, maintaining and archiving paper and electronic filing systems in accordance with the bureau's systems and procedures
>Any other admin and support duties required to ensure the smooth running of the bureau

We require a minimum commitment of six months.

CAB also provide certificated training programme, recruit and train volunteers for admin, social policy and IT roles.
